💻 Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as subject matter expert for HIM applications and workflows
• Support operational continuity during temporary coverage period
• Perform fit/gap analysis and workflow documentation
• Design, test, validate, and implement system enhancements
• Coordinate analyst assignments and team priorities
• Mentor and support application analysts
• Serve as escalation point for integrated system issues
• Support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with HIM, operational, and clinical stakeholders

📅 Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fully remote day-to-day work
• Occasional onsite meetings may be required
• Participation in second-level on-call rotation required

📋 Requirements:
• EPIC Certification REQUIRED
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6–10+ years healthcare application or clinical systems experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to end users

🖥️ Required HIM Knowledge:
• HIM Release of Information (ROI)
• HIM Identity (EMPI)
• HIM Deficiency Tracking (DT)
• HIM Coding

⭐ Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare, Business, or related field
• Experience supporting Epic HIM modules
• Experience supporting OnBase workflows
• Epic Gallery project experience strongly preferred
• Hospital or health system experience preferred
