About the clinician's workday

The hospitalist will serve as Site Medical Director providing comprehensive medical leadership while maintaining clinical responsibilities during day shifts. Essential duties include assisting in performance management and conflict resolution with healthcare professionals while partnering with facility leaders including the Chief Medical Officer to achieve budget targets and quality metrics.
