Travel Hospitalist - Medical Director

We are seeking an experienced physician leader to assume the Hospitalist Travel Director role for our growing Hospitalist footprint.

The Director will assume administrative responsibility, including but not limited to overseeing regulatory functions for the program, addressing patient safety alerts, processing grievances, participating in strategy development and deployment, representing the program on hospital committees, participating in incident command as needed, conducting patient experience rounding, and fostering and supporting lean work focused on quality and process improvement.

There will be an administrative/clinical split depending on the needs of the programs and the mutual agreement of the Travel Team Director.
