Pediatric Hospitalist Needed for Assignment in Mankato!!! *24 shifts, flexible scheduling*

Job description

Coverage between 8/1 and 11/1

• 24 Hour Shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM.
• provide 24/7 coverage for pediatrics, newborn, and special care nursery
• There is a sleep room onsite
• 3 or 4 shifts per month however that could increase depending on volume/availability
• If the candidate is local they can be flexible in scheduling the shifts however if the candidate will need to fly in, they would prefer to schedule a week at a time which would mean the provider would fly in for a week and work every other day having a day break in between each shift
• Admitting specialty care however if NICU or PACU admission is needed will likely be transferring them
• **may be required to perform circumcisions**
• 20-25 ped inpatient encounters/shift
• EPIC
• BC Pediatrician
• NRP PALS
