Hospitalist Near Olympia, WA!

Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our Rural Hospitalist Team!

The Practice:
• Days 7/7 block schedule - Procedures not required but available if trained and experienced
• Contracted with a Tele-Nocturnist program to provide night coverage
• Current average daily census: 10
• ED volume 16,000 visits per year with 99% of admission from ED
• 10-bed inpatient unit in our Level IV Critical Access Hospital
• Plan to open 5-bed, closed ICU in 24 months
• Pay based on MGMA mean for Western Region at 50%. Currently $292,000 per year base salary
• Organizational At-Risk Bonus, currently $10,000 per year
• Housing Bonus if purchase home in our County
• Comprehensive benefits package, signing bonus, relocation reimbursement, PTO, CME and paid malpractice
• Family Medicine Residency Program
• Must be available to begin practicing in February, 2025
