West TX needs an FT NP/PA

Job description

•8:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F
•Call one weekend- every 6 weeks
•This is for a caseload of around 35 people.
•They will see approximately 5-15 patients a day for acute illness, injury or follow-up.
They will perform clinics in the morning and annual physicals/meetings in the afternoon.
About 95% of call is managed by telephone, and the rare response requiring a return to campus.


-Active TX license, clean background
-This caters to a patient population of intellectually and physically disadvantaged groups. Must have passion for work and a big heart.
