Seeking FM/IM Physician in Northern California

Job description

-Certification: Licensed in the state of CA as a Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine
- License: CA license and DEA license
-Schedule: full-time, 5 days/week (8 hour shifts)
- Caseload: average of 20 to 25 patients
- Services: primary care including pediatric, adult, women’s care, and office-based procedures.
