Job description

• BC or BE FP/IM physician is needed for coverage in a skilled nursing facility in Columbia Metro Area
• Facility is open to a provider working Full Time or Part Time
• 15-20 Patients a day – mostly acute and chronic care
• Most patients are 65 years or older
• Flexible hours - If someone wants to work 8am-5pm one day, and 10am-7pm the next day, the facility extremely flexible.
