Job description

-Outpatient only
-Ideal schedule Mon – Tues – Wed, 8a to 5p
-No call requirements
-Will accept Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with inpatient chronic disease management experience
-See patients aged 16+
-Average # of patient/admissions per day: 20
-Hospital rounds not required
Will respond to codes: No
-No ICU/Critical Care duties
-No ER backup coverage required
-EPIC EMR
-Must have NC license
