•Open to new grads
•Hours open: 9a-3p Monday- Friday
•20 hours a week, flexible
•Ages seen: Birth to end of life, 80% Adult
•No call
•10-15 patients seen per day
•Duties: Walk-ins, Supervising Nurse Practitioner
•Full support staff
•Active PA license, DEA
•Easy Primary Care in a Community Health Setting
