Job description

- Location: San Antonio, TX
- Monday – Friday, 5 days; 40-hour/week
- BC or BE: FM or IM
- Seeing adults/new army recruits
- Volume: 10-12 ppd
- Typical FP setting. Mostly doing physicals/evaluations
- Minimum 1 year experience in FP/PC setting in last 3 years
- 12-month initial, with option to extend
- credentialing: 3 months
- must have active state license, DEA
