Shift Details: 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch - Inpatient
Schedule:
1 week per month - flexible on this

· Patient Population/Age: 59
· Special Procedures: Fecal transplant
· Skills Required: Infectious Disease management
Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: required
· License Required: Yes AZ medical license
· DEA: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
