Schedule:

Full time

M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch. No outpatient clinic.
Work Details:
· Support Staff: nurses for inpatient and OPAT MA
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week/ month
· Patients per day: varies on inpatient census
· Patient Population/Age: 59
· Department Description: 2 employed physicians each in 4 days per week.
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital Bed size: 269
· Special Procedures: Fecal transplant REQUIRED
· Skills Required: Infectious Disease management
Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: required
· License Required: AZ or IMLC
· DEA: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
