Job description

Start Date or Dates Needed: Approx. 2 weeks per month
• Shift Details (hours): Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm:
• Patients per day: 12-15
• Patient population/age: 18+
• Department description: Acute Care Inpatient Infectious Disease Hospital Support – Provider will be solely responsible for all consults and follow ups.
• EMR: Excellian
• Hospital bed size: 400
• Board Certification required: Infectious Disease
• License required: Minnesota
• DEA required: Yes
