About the clinician's workday

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 4-day work week option available. Clinical responsibilities focus on geriatric care including health physicals, check-ups, and chronic care management for the adult patient population. The clinician will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical assistants onsite to ensure quality patient care delivery.
