Residential Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Home Health Clinical Support RN to join their compassionate and mission-driven care team. This salaried, full-time role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment and is passionate about mentoring and quality improvement.

You’ll deliver exceptional patient care across Glenview, Evanston, Skokie, Niles, Chicago, Park Ridge, and nearby areas — covering staff on PTO, LOA, and vacancies. When field needs are light, you'll contribute from the Northbrook office on chart audits, staff mentoring, and process support.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care in home settings
Travel between patient homes and assigned coverage areas
Use EMRs like TruChart and Epic Home Health to chart accurately and timely
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for field staff
Support quality assurance and chart review
Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week) with 28 points per week
Monday–Friday, day shift only
No weekends, on-call, or holidays
Requirements:

Valid RN license in Illinois
2+ years of home health experience
1+ year hospital RN experience (med/surg, telemetry, ER, or ICU preferred)
Proficiency with EMRs (Epic, TruChart, or similar)
Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
