• Provider must be vaccinated
• July 1-July 2024
• Board certified in EM/FM/IM
• Must have ACLS, ATLS, Arkansas DEA license
• Day or Night shifts
• 10-12 hour shifts
• T+L available
• Closed ICU
Level IV Trauma Center
