• 12 hour shifts, 7 on 7 off block scheduling
• Est start date: 7/10
• 7a-7p
• ACLS/ATLS/BLS/PALS
• Must have medical license and DEA at time of Name Clear
• Must have clean malpractice/background for temp privileges
• Must be Board Certified
• 55,000 Annual Patient Volume
• T&L covered
