Medical Facilities is looking for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine in Eureka, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Chart closure within 72 hours
Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD
Monday-Friday 8-5
Mix of peds/adults
A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
We will also accept DO
APCs with 3 years of experience in similar setting (see other AR)
BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)
Active DEA needed before start
Credentialing takes 30-90 days
Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Initial Covid-19 Vaccine - Booster not required

Coverage Type:
• No Call
• Outpatient
• Patient Per Shift: 18

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE:
• Board Certificate
• BLS
• PALS

STATE LICENSE REQUIRED:
• California
