Job Title: Locum Physician- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret medical history, and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
Document patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans accurately in the EMR system (Epic).
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Valid medical license in the state of California.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Epic.
