"A 519-bed hospital located in Santa Barbara has opened a new outpatient clinic that is focusing on innovation in the primary care space that allows physicians to focus solely on patient care. This clinic is searching for a physician to work alongside 2 other primary care physicians in an all outpatient setting. The Position:• 100% outpatient with no inpatient responsibility, option of a 4-day work week• Multiple clinic sites, option to work in the community or 30 minutes outside of Santa Barbara• Work alongside 2 MD's and 3 MA's, option for a Medical Director role for experienced candidates • Compensation package includes a Base Guarantee of $269,000 with production and quality of life incentives putting you into the $300,000 range annually• Medical Director Stipend of $39,000, Sign-on/Relocation of $40,000, Full Benefits, PTO, CME, and more• Housing assistance starting at $300,000 and up to $500,000 to help you relocateThe Community:• Live in a beautiful Central California Beach Community that is just 1.5 hours from LA without the traffic, crime, and overcrowding.
