Locum Tenens Internal Medicine Physician

Good Afternoon!

I have a Family Medicine / Internal Medicine locums opportunity in the Bay Area, CA that offers a great schedule and strong support. See details below:

Location: Near San Francisco, CA
Start Date: ASAP (within ~2 weeks)
Length: 3–6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8s
Credentialing: 2–3 weeks

Practice Setting:

FQHC outpatient setting
Team-based environment with strong support staff
1.5 MAs per provider
Pediatric provider on site
4 hours admin time built into schedule weekly

Patient Volume & Procedures:

22–24 patients per day
Bread-and-butter primary care including:

Wellness visits & annual physicals
Sick visits
Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
Medication management and refills



Requirements:

MD/DO – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified (required)
Active CA license
1+ years of experience (no new grads) [
Spanish or medical Spanish preferred

Additional Details:

EMR: EPIC
No inpatient or OB responsibilities

Compensation:

Rate: Negotiable
