- Board Certification required
- Dates: ASAP – 8/14 – 12/31 (4 months)
- 2 years of Family Practice experience required
- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Adults only; 30 - geriatrics
- 10-12 ppd
- EMR: Allscripts
- Support staff: Admin, Care Manager, Front desk, Referral coordinator, and 3 MA’s
- Travel and lodging offered
