Job description

• Start: ASAP
• Support staff: 4 other physicians. APPs on site but do not directly support
locums provider
• Number of patients per day: 18-20  
• Credentialing timeline: 30 days or less
• Travel: Lodging and travel
• Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• License: GA or IMLC
• Board-Certified: Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• EMR: Epic
• Certifications: BLS
