• Full Time
• 6 month assignment
• 8:30a-4:30p
• 16-32 Patient Per Day
• Some work with Behavioral Health Providers
• Seeing 18 and up
• Well checks, diagnostic, basic outpatient clinical duties
• EMR is Epic
• Up to 3 month credentialing

• ASAP
• Ongoing
