Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician located in Framingham, MA for a permanent position.

Years of Experience: One year of post full licensure experience in the practice of medicine or osteopathic medicine

Patient Population: Adult (18-64 years) & Geriatric (65+ years)

Details of the Opportunity:
The Internal Medicine Physician provides medical services for the patients including performing other duties in accordance with funding agency requirements, contractual agreements, adhering to policies and procedures, and protocols established by the Health Center.
The Internal Medicine Physician is a member of the clinical practice team and works collaboratively with other team members in providing patient care.
As part of the team-based approach to care, the Internal Medicine Physician will participate in coordinating care for individual patients, will support patients and families in self-management, through evidenced-based approaches as may be appropriate, will engage in health center projects that are aimed at specific patient population needs, and will utilize effective and appropriate communication strategies, such as health literacy approaches when working with patients.

Additional Details:
Call: After Hours Call and Hospital Coverage on a rotating basis according to the schedule assigned by the Medical Director

Salary/Benefits:
$200,000 - $220,000/yr
