Location: Massachusetts city about 30 mins from Hartford, CT, 1 hour and 30 mins from Boston, MA and just over 2 hours from New York City. This southwestern Massachusetts city sits on the eastern bank of the Connecticut River, and with over 650,000 residents in the area, it is the urban, economic, and cultural capital of southwestern Massachusetts. Facility: The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model is centered on the belief that it is better for the well-being of seniors with chronic care needs and their families to be served in the community whenever possible. Opportunity: Geriatric Medicine Physician *Permanent position *The schedule for this full-time opportunity is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
