- 3 month FT contract

- EMR is Avatar

- Outpatient Standard Primary Care to Psychiatric Patients

- Will have support staff of RN's LPN's and BH team

- 8am - 4:40pm Monday through Friday

- NO CALL OR WEEKENDS
