Job description

ASAP need, prefers Immediate Start, but ok to start by Mar. 1, 2024 at latest, ongoing assignment
• Flexible patient provider
• Prefers someone with FQHC experience and with previous exp. treating Infectious Diseases - min 3 yrs exp in IP/OP Counseling
• Additional duties to include: Reviewing medical records/history, lab reports, x-rays, regular case consultations with case mgrs & PCP's, blood tests, identifying and creating and implementing treatment plans for infectious diseases including medication
• Full support staff
