Job description

• Family Medicine Physician; will accept either FP or IM candidates with Clinical experience
• Shifts Available: 8-5p, 36 hrs. clinic and 4 hrs admin time/wk
• Patient Ages: Ages seen 6,mos and up, 20-24 patients per day
• Full support staff
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Active License and DEA
• if not actively licensed in NH, must be willing to self license (NH locum license is available)
• Credentialing: 2 weeks for MD
• Completely On-Site *Outpatient*
• Travel and Lodging Included
• Dates: IMMEDIATE availability
• Reason for need: 1 provider retiring, 1 provider moving away
