Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Internist or Family Medicine Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Highlands, NC. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, community-centered environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Work Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
36 Clinical Hours + 4 Administrative Hours
Monday β Friday, 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM
Telehealth triage: 2β4 weekends/year

Qualifications
β
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
β
Licensure: Active North Carolina medical license
β
Certification: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
β
Experience: New graduates are welcome
β
Technical Skills: Proficient in EHR systems and telehealth platforms
β
Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and a passion for patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities
β
Deliver primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management
β
Develop and implement individualized care plans with a focus on preventive health
β
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
β
Participate in telehealth triage on designated weekends
β
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in accordance with clinic standards
β
Support clinical staff and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
