2x Family Practice Physician needed full-time in western Oregon

Job description

- ASAP – 3-month initial contract with the potential to extend
- Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Treating all ages
- Average 16-18 patients per day, mostly scheduled visits
- Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, coughs, fever, some chronic care coverage such as hypertension and diabetes
o No suturing required
- Working alongside two Family NP’s, 2 RN’s, and 3-4 CAN’s
- Facility uses EMR: Greenway
- Can provide travel and lodging
