Locum Hospice/Palliative Care Physician Needed

Location: Oregon
Rate: 200/HR
Setting: Telehealth, clinic and call
Start: As soon as credentialed. They would like to start someone as soon as humanly possible.
LOA: Ongoing need!
Need: MD/DO
Certifications needed: Prefer those BC-Hospice/Palliative Care. Will accept BC/BE-IM, BC/BE-FM with in-depth Hospice experience. Must have active OR license and DEA
schedule: Monday-Friday, weekly basis. 8a-5p
Call: 4-6 nights a month, 1 weekend per month on average
Other info: Sometimes may have 0 admits and 1-2 symptom calls, sometime 4-5 admits come after 5pm and multiple calls on complex patients during the night for crisis visits or GIP admits. Weekends can be busy, if there are a large number of admissions and if we have a high number of complicated patients. If NP is also on for their weekend, they do cover symptoms and most of the nights, and physician just doing the admissions. NOTE: Call will be a shared call between 2 sites. Currently 1 site has 350 patients right now (shared between providers) Types of calls: IDT, consultation and med consults, telehealth visits, CTIs
