Description:
Center is currently seeking a physician to join our team, and learn cutting-edge anti-aging techniques from some of the most experienced providers in New England.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead patient care as the medical expert of the center.
- See 8-12 adult patients a day between 9am-4:30pm, 4 days per week.
- Provide personalized medical care in a concierge primary care model to a client base of 300-400.
- Be available to clients through phone and email for emergency situations on a rotating schedule.
- Maintain patient records with meticulous detail and professional thoroughness.
- Serve clients with professionalism and a consistently pleasant demeanor.
- Treat all staff with respect, actively listen to feedback, and lead with grace.
- Seek new ways to innovate in providing anti-aging care to clients.
- Stay in good standing with licensure and up to date with all required certifications.
Requirements:
- US MD or DO (DO preferred) or international equivalent from an accredited institution.
- American Medical or International Medical Graduate acceptable.
- Board Certified or eligible.
- Total applicable experience (incl. residency, clinical practice, or relevant industry) minimum of five (5) years, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience treating patients.
- One to three (1-3) experiences in a leadership capacity (e.g. projects, teams, initiative).
- In addition, the following are strongly preferred:
- Completion of a US residency or ex-US equivalent.
- Active US license to practice medicine or international equivalent.
- IFM, A4M training, a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) required.
- Highly ethical personality putting patient treatment first.
- Self-starter and driving personality, willingness to take on responsibilities.
- Desire for increasing professional growth.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $310,000.
- Annual performance-based financial incentives.
- Vesting schedule for ownership equity in the Managed Service Operating (MSO) company.
