Job description

License: Meet all licensing/certification requirements to perform as Primary Care Physician. The Contractor’s physician (s) assigned by the Contractor to perform the services covered for this service shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite on VA property.

Board Certification: All Contractors’ physician (s) shall be a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O) who is board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice Medicine. Foreign medical graduate physicians shall possess a valid certificate from the Educational Council for Foreign Medical Graduates.
