Job description

FP/IM needed for full-time coverage with VAMC in WV
- Credentialing: 8 weeks
- Monday – Friday: 8a-4:30p (40 hours per week, no OT)
- Roughly 12-15 patients per day
- Facility uses EMR
- BC or BE required
- Any state license
- DEA required
- T&L is provided

• Basic primary care and chronic care cases
• Any state license
• 6 month MINIMUM contract with the ability to extend
