Hospitalist needed in West Virginia!

Job description

looking for a Hospitalist available to start in March for daytime coverage from 7a-7p. Prefer a provider that can work 7 on/7 off ongoing till the position is filled. If unable to provide 7 days, would need a minimum of 4-5 shifts at a time for continuity purposes **will prioritize providers that are available 7 on/7 off**
EMR- Meditech

Number of Beds- 22

Number of ICU beds- Facility does not have an ICU, however prefer providers with a minimum skill set to intubate and central line placement for emergencies

Daily census- 8 Acute/4-6 swing

Physician shifts- 7am-7p (single)

APP shifts- 7p-7a (single)

Specialty Coverages- Cardiology, General Surgery, PRN Pulm, Nephrology

Procedures Required- Intubation, Central lines for emergencies

Please note:
Medical Staff fees will be reimbursed after provider has completed first shift

Board Certified IM/FM or truly BE (w/in 5 yrs of residency). -REQUIRED, no exceptions
PROCEDURAL LOGS required from every Provider within the past 12 months (ie. - Jan. '23 – Present) reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents - REQUIRED during credentialing
Active WV License in hand at time of name clear - REQUIRED (not accepting IMLC)
COVID Vaccination- REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
Clean license/DEA and background, no malpractice - REQUIRED, no exceptions
