• Location: Central Illinois
• Start date: April
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shifts: Monday (7a)-Monday (7a)
• Schedule: Weekday (7a-8a) available by phone for any potential STEMI call/(8a-5p) Onsite + Evening Call, Weekends (8a-12p) Onsite = Evening call, Cath lab as needed
• Current available shifts:
o April 14th 7:00 am – April 21st 7:00 am
o May 12th 7:00 am – May 19th 7:00 am
o June 2nd 7:00 am – June 9th 7:00 am
o June 16th 7:00 am – June 23rd 7:00 am
o June 30th 7:00 am – July 7th 7:00 am
o August 11th 7:00 am – August 18th 7:00am
o September 8th 7:00 am – September 15th 7:00 am
o October 13th 7:00 am – October 20th 7:00 am
o October 27th 7:00 am – November 3rd 7:00 am
o December 1st 7:00 am – December 8th 7:00 am
• Support: 1 PA and 3 NPs, 4 cardiologists onsite
• Patient load: 40% procedures & 60% inpatient work
• Types of reads: EKG, Echo, Holter Monitors, STEMI call (1-2 per week)
• Required: Board Certified, Active IL license, **Will License
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
