Position Details:
• Day Shift (M-F; weekdays): 7a-4p (hourly)
• Weeknight Call: 4p-7a (includes 2.5 hours call-back)
• 24-hour Weekend Call Sat-Sun; 7a-7a (includes 4 hours call back)

Coverage dates needed:
• June 6-13 Call/Rounds begins Friday June 6 at 7a
• June 6-8, 6/10, 6/12 Call and Rounding
• June 6/9, 11, 13 Rounding
• July 4-11: Call begins Friday July 4 at 7a
• July 7/4-6, 7/8, 7/10 Call and Rounding
• July 7/7, 9, 11 Rounding
• 8/29-31, 9/2, 9/4 Call and Rounding
• Sept. 1, 3, 5 Rounding

Required:
• KY License or IMLC LOQ
• Board Certified w/Fellowship
• ACLS, DEA
