📍 Location: Missoula, MT
💰 Pay Range: $240–$255/hr
🗓 Start Date: 12/22/2025 | Ongoing Assignment
🕓 Schedule:
• Monday 8:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM block scheduling
• Weekends: 24-hour call, mostly phone consults — providers are rarely called in
• Weekly schedule includes a mix of clinic and call, ending with weekend call
• Ideal coverage: 1–3 locums sharing ~3 weeks per month collectively

🏥 Position Details:
• Coverage needed until permanent providers are hired
• Primarily working between hospital and clinic, depending on need
• Support Staff: Yes
• Patients per shift: 9–12
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Department Beds: 29
• Skills required: Outpatient Cardiology, Inpatient Cardiology, ICU

🧠 Requirements:
• Board Certification required
• Active MT license or IMLC accepted
• ACLS required
• Fellowship preferred

🕐 Credentialing: ~90 days

💵 Additional Pay Details:
• 24hr Call: $2000/day
• Night Call: $400/shift
• Call Back: $320-340/hr
• OT & Holiday: 1.5x hourly rate
