Job description

Shift Details:
• M-Th 8p-6a 10 hours
• Fri. 8p-7a 11 hours
• Sat. 5p-7a 14 hours
• Sun. 5p-6a 13 hours

Schedule: Provider will be scheduled according to the needs of the client.

Work Details:
• Patient population/age: Adult
• Department description: Cardiology
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required: Bread & Butter Cardiology. No procedures.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, Cardiology
• State license required: Yes, State of North Carolina
• Minimum experience required: 1 – 2 years
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days

• 1 year contract
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• NC License required
