Location: Oregon
Rate: Daily, plus expenses
Lic: Need Oregon license, DEA
Closest Airport: Portland, OR
Dates: 1-2 weeks a month ongoing need.
LOA: 6 month need
Certs: BC/BE, Certification in Interventional Cardiology
EMR: Epic, experience required
Schedule: 7a-5p Clinic coverage and rounding
Call: 24/7 with some rounding/clinic hours, this will vary day to day
Volume: 14-15 clinic, IP 20/day
Staff Mix: APP Support
