New Opportunity in Central Ohio with Aya Locums: Interventional Radiology

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking Board Certified Interventional Radiologists for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity. This assignment requires providers who can commit to 1–2 full weeks per month for 6+ months.

Please Note: Only Board Certified providers will be considered.

Position Details
-Setting: On-site
-Schedule: Monday – Friday
-Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
-Trauma Level: Level I
-Rates: Flexible
-Case & Procedure Mix

-Providers can expect to perform a variety of IR procedures including: Biopsies, CT & Ultrasound-guided drain placements and exchanges, Tunneled line placements (no removals), Nephrostomy tube placements and exchanges, PleurX catheter placements
-Daily Volume Approximately 5–12 procedures per 10-hour day, Volume varies depending on procedure complexity
-Technology PACS: Visage 7

Requirements
-Board Certification Required (ABR)
-Fellowship training preferred
-Interventional Radiology experience required

Credentialing Timeline
-60–90 days with active Ohio license
-Approximately 120 days without Ohio license
