📋 Contract Details
🔹 Practice Setting: Acute care hospital
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: July 2026 (pending credentialing)
🔹 Coverage: Ongoing, with locum-to-perm or permanent options available (please specify interest at submission)
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (onsite only) with coverage across multiple sites; day split dependent on procedural volume
🔹 Call: Optional weekday call (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM); weekend and holiday call required (shared rotation)
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days
🔹 Travel & Lodging Expenses: Fully covered

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Bread and butter interventional radiology, average 4–7 procedures per day with seasonal volume fluctuations, collaborative scheduling with leadership, PA support for fluoroscopy and related procedures, multi-site procedural flexibility
🔹 EMR: TBD

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified (ABR)
🔹 Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
🔹 Active Texas license required (or willingness to obtain through standard licensing process – licensing assistance available)
🔹 Must include completed modality checklist with submission
🔹 Onsite coverage required
🔹 Clean background preferred
