Assignment Details
• Start Date: August 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Full-Time; Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Case Mix: 20–25 cases per day (infant through adult patients); All interventional radiology procedures
• EMR: Cerner / Fuji PACS

Requirements
• State License: Active West Virginia License (WILLING TO LICENSE)
• Certifications: Must be Board Certified; DEA Required
