Start Date: June 2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Scheduled 7am - 3pm plus On Call hours: 3pm-7am

July 2-6
July 17-21
Aug 1-5
Aug 13-17
Aug 25-Sept 14
Sept 25-29
Oct 10-14
Oct 25-29
Nov 4-9
Nov 21-28
Dec 8-12
Dec 21-27

EMR: EPIC
Special procedures: OB only, Spinals, blocks, epidurals

Active Nevada License
Board Certified
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
