Job description

Location: Surprise, AZ
Contract Length: 6 months (open to 4 months if needed)
Schedule: M-F 8 hr days
Call covers own patient panel, is shared with an APC
Practice Setting:
o Oncology clinic
o Infusion center on site
WILL LICENSE
Credentialing timeframe: 2 weeks
