About the clinician's workday

The medical oncologist will provide comprehensive coverage for staffing shortages including hospital rounding and clinic patient management. The position requires managing a caseload of 12-16 patients per day with weekend call coverage in a 1:4 rotation while working standard business hours Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The clinician will utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and coordinate care with facility staff. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required for this role that includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
