Schedule
• Coverage Dates:
– 2/16–2/20
– 4/6–4/10
– 7/13–7/24
• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay
• Pay Range: $450/hr to $480/hr
• Provider requests Guaranteed Hours

Department Details
• Patient volume: 15–20 patients/day
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing timeframe: Emergency privileges available for clean files

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
• Active NY license (will not license)
• ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Clean background
