Hem/Onc needed in Astoria, OR! WILL CONSIDER 2 WEEKS PER MONTH!

Job description

*An OR license is required at the time of the interview. The WA license is also required but can be obtained while credentialing
*Reason behind needing both licenses; This is the only facility in the area that offers oncology services, so they treat patients in both Oregon and Washington and will be prescribing to patients in both states since Washington is only 15 minutes away.

Location: Astoria, OR
Start Date: Immediate need, could start in as little as 2 weeks if they have both OR and WA licenses
Contract Length: 6-month initial commitment
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts. WILL CONSIDER 2 WEEKS PER MONTH!
Interview process: 1st phone interview with is with Division VP, 2nd is with current docs on staff.
• Case/Procedure Experience: Estimated 80% Med Once, 20% Hem Onc
Credentialing Timeframe: This can expedite to as little as 2 weeks if they have active OR and WA licenses, but typically takes 6 weeks.
